I usually take Sunday as my rest day from working out, so it’s become the perfect day to have a lazy morning and make pancakes. By the way, for any Hunger Games fans out there – here’s some motivation to work out :):

Anyways, today we made a new pancake recipe, and the best part was that they came out PINK! If you know me, you know I love pink. Walking into my dorm room in college was like walking into a pink fantasy land with all the pink my roommate and I collectively owned! Brenda, if you’re reading this, you must make these pink pancakes!
In addition, these pancakes are super simple to make – with only 4 ingredients: oats, egg whites, raspberries, and a raspberry Chobani yogurt. And those ingredients make them really healthy and a great start to your day! Finally, for my Dad and any other people out there with gluten intolerance, these gems are gluten-free! Granted, they aren’t as fluffy as some pancakes and have a more dense texture, but I promise they are tasty! Tempted?
Ingredients. We decided to add raspberries last minute!
Put oats, yogurt and egg whites in a food processor and grind until smooth.
Add your raspberries.
Grind until smooth and bright pink!
Add them to an oiled skillet over medium heat.
Flip until cooked through.
Add some maple syrup.
Healthy Pink Pancakes

- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 6 oz container of Chobani raspberry yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
